Corporate/business organization – Provides assistance in structuring, negotiating and implementing business concerns including commercial transactions, commercial litigation, corporate finance, dissolutions, leasing agreements, mergers and joint ventures, partnership matters, shareholder/stockholder agreements.

Estates and Trusts – Handles small to complex estate planning matters dealing with the drafting of wills, health care proxy’s, trust agreements, and power of attorneys.  We also probate estates in Surrogate’s Court which requires collecting assets, paying liabilities and taxes, and distributing property to heirs.

Foreclosure – Extensive experience working with lenders and homeowners in the prosecution and defense of foreclosure actions, including complex litigation, monitoring foreclosure actions, and negotiate mortgage modifications, deed-in-lieu and short-sale transactions.

Real Estate – Experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions including personal and commercial property acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, construction contracts, land use and zoning, planning and development, real estate finance, foreclosures, fraud, landlord/tenant disputes, alternative dispute resolution, and title matters.
